Our Logo was inspired by an article that appeared on the Angry Staff Officer blog on 2/20/2020 title "Take a Knee and Drink Water: Mental Health in the Army".

The article takes on the topic of mental health, the Angry Staff Officer's personal struggle, and the need for military leaders to address the problem force wide. More importantly, the article highlights that the stigma associated with seeking care for mental health issues has created barriers for career war fighters to actively engage the needed resources not only when facing a mental health crisis but in an ongoing, preventative course of care.

Our logo is meant to say: when you are facing a crisis you don't have to "buck up" and push through... you can take a knee, drink water, and sort things out.
